Shipping policy

1. We do not offer delivery service to locations inaccessible by trucks, such as no fixed addresses, consolidation centres, outlying islands, consolidation warehouses, frontier closed areas, as well as places inaccessible by stairs and require entry through a terrace.
2. If there is no direct access to the delivery address via elevator, an additional service fee will be charged per floor (excluding the ground floor). For special oversized item fee and other fees, cash will be collected by the delivery personnel. To find out more information regarding additional fees, please contact our Customer Service Manager.
3. Following your order placement in the eShop, if we confirm acceptance of the order, we will notify you of the delivery date and time. However, if there is a delay in the clearance of funds by the bank associated with the credit card you used, the delivery will be rescheduled accordingly. All the dates and times given for delivery are approximate. We are not liable for any loss or damage that may result from possible delivery delays.
4. Delivery may be delayed, suspended or rescheduled due to actual circumstances, such as traffic, location, weather and other force majeure factors. In such cases, we are not liable, irrespective of whether the causes for such delays or rescheduling are within our control.
5. Prior to the arrival of the ordered items, the delivery personnel will contact you by phone. Please check whether the ordered items are complete and have the recipient write their name and sign on the delivery note to confirm receipt of the items. (If applicable)
6. Once an order is placed, the delivery method cannot be changed. Please check and confirm the delivery address and contact information before placing an order.
7. If the delivery to the address you provide could not be completed due to security concerns or other reasons, instead of making further delivery arrangements, we reserve the right to require you to collect the items from one of our shops.
8. In case of any dispute regarding delivery arrangements, the Company reserves the right to make the final decision.
